Fox & Bunny: Guess Party — гра для дітей від 4 років. Її розробник — Юрій Мисливець. Ми не збираємо жодних персональних даних ні про дітей, ні про дорослих.
Чого немає в додатку
- Акаунтів, реєстрації, імен чи фото гравців.
- Реклами.
- Аналітики, трекінгу й сторонніх SDK, які збирають дані.
- Ідентифікаторів пристрою чи рекламних ідентифікаторів.
- Доступу до мікрофона, камери, геолокації, контактів чи файлів.
- Посилань на інші сайти й соцмережі.
Що зберігається на пристрої
Лише налаштування (тривалість ходу, кількість раундів, мова, звук, вібрація, чи пройдено навчання), позначка про покупку повної версії й завантажені картки. Ці дані не залишають пристрій. Хід і рахунок гри не зберігаються взагалі. Видаліть додаток, і зникне все.
Завантаження карток
Додаток завантажує нові картки й переклади як звичайні статичні файли з GitHub Pages (yurii-hunter.github.io). Запити не містять жодних даних про вас чи пристрій. Як і будь-який вебсервер, GitHub може технічно фіксувати IP-адресу запиту, див. політику конфіденційності GitHub. Ми до цих журналів доступу не маємо.
Покупки
Повна версія відкривається однією разовою покупкою через App Store чи Google Play. Оплату повністю обробляють Apple або Google за своїми правилами. Ми не отримуємо платіжних чи особистих даних. Шлях до покупки в додатку захищений перевіркою для дорослих.
Статистика магазинів
Apple і Google можуть надавати розробникам знеособлену зведену статистику (кількість завантажень, звіти про збої), якщо користувач дозволив це в налаштуваннях пристрою. Ми не можемо пов'язати ці дані з конкретною людиною.
Діти
Додаток призначений для дітей і відповідає вимогам Apple Kids Category, програми Google Play Families, COPPA та GDPR щодо даних дітей: ми не збираємо, не використовуємо й не передаємо жодної інформації про дітей.
Зміни
Якщо ця політика зміниться, нова версія з'явиться на цій сторінці з новою датою.

Fox & Bunny: Guess Party is a game for children aged 4 and up, developed by Yurii Myslyvets. We do not collect any personal data about children or adults.
What the app does not have
- Accounts, sign-up, player names or photos.
- Ads.
- Analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs that collect data.
- Device or advertising identifiers.
- Access to the microphone, camera, location, contacts or files.
- Links to other websites or social networks.
What is stored on the device
Only settings (turn length, number of rounds, language, sound, vibration, whether the tutorial was seen), a flag for the full-version purchase, and downloaded cards. This data never leaves the device. Game progress and scores are not stored at all. Deleting the app removes everything.
Downloading cards
The app downloads new cards and translations as plain static files from GitHub Pages (yurii-hunter.github.io). The requests contain no data about you or your device. Like any web server, GitHub may technically log the IP address of a request; see the GitHub Privacy Statement. We have no access to these logs.
Purchases
The full version is unlocked with a single one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms. We receive no payment or personal information. The way to a purchase inside the app is protected by a check for adults.
Store statistics
Apple and Google may give developers anonymous aggregated statistics (download counts, crash reports) if the user allowed this in the device settings. We cannot link this data to any individual.
Children
The app is made for children and follows the Apple Kids Category, Google Play Families Policy, COPPA and GDPR requirements for children's data: we do not collect, use or share any information about children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
